This policy explains what information we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers:

  • lori-annmuenzer.com — this website;
  • book.lori-annmuenzer.com — the forms and booking calendar;
  • pm.lori-annmuenzer.com — the From Vision to Victory programme pages.

The site is operated by Pure Momentum Inc. (“Lori‑Ann Muenzer”, “we”, “us”). For anything in this policy, contact lmuenzer@lori-annmuenzer.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form. There are four places you can do that:

  • Get In Touch — your name, email address, phone number (optional), the kind of enquiry you're making, and your message.
  • The 5 F's Quick Start Guide — your name and email address.
  • Read A Sample / Read The First Two Chapters — your name and email address.
  • Subscribe — your name and email address.

If you book a discovery call, the booking page also records the date and time you chose, your time zone, and anything you add to the booking notes.

We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and we do not collect sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

  • To reply to your enquiry.
  • To send you the guide or sample chapters you asked for.
  • To confirm and manage a call you've booked.
  • To send you emails about coaching, speaking and the book, where you have asked to hear from us.

We don't sell your information, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.

Email, and how to stop it

We only email you if you asked us to, or if you contacted us and we're replying. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom, and unsubscribing takes effect straight away. You can also reply to any email and ask to be removed, or write to lmuenzer@lori-annmuenzer.com.

This is how we meet our obligations under Canada's Anti‑Spam Legislation (CASL).

Who else handles your information

We use a small number of services to run the site. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job:

  • GoHighLevel (including LeadConnector) — runs the forms, the booking calendar, the From Vision to Victory pages and our email sending, and stores the contact records. This is where your details live.
  • Cloudflare — delivers the From Vision to Victory pages and collects basic, aggregated performance data about page loads.
  • Google Fonts — serves the two typefaces the site uses. Your browser requests these directly from Google.
  • YouTube — one video is embedded on the About page. It is embedded in privacy‑enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set tracking cookies unless you press play.
  • Google Analytics — [ANALYTICS: keep this bullet only if GA4 is installed] measures which pages are visited and how people arrive, using cookies. We use it to understand what's useful on the site, not to identify you.

Your information may be stored or processed outside Canada, including in the United States, where these providers operate. It remains protected by this policy and by each provider's own terms.

Cookies and site storage

The site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

  • The forms and booking calendar set cookies needed to work properly — for example to stop a form being submitted twice.
  • The site stores one small value in your own browser (lam5f_seen) so the Quick Start Guide pop‑up doesn't keep reappearing once you've seen or completed it. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

You can clear or block cookies and browser storage in your browser settings. Blocking them may stop the forms working.

How long we keep it

Contact and enquiry records are kept for as long as we have a reason to — an ongoing conversation, an active coaching or speaking relationship, or a legal or accounting obligation. If you unsubscribe, we keep the minimum needed to make sure we don't email you again. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law — PIPEDA, and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act — you can ask us to:

  • tell you what information we hold about you;
  • correct anything that's wrong;
  • delete your information;
  • stop sending you email.

Write to lmuenzer@lori-annmuenzer.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you aren't satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

Children

This site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Some pages link out — to Amazon, YouTube, podcast hosts and social media. Once you follow one of those links, that site's own privacy policy applies, not ours.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are encrypted in transit. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what we hold.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
