Want to get fit to race next spring/summer, complete the Ride to Conquer Cancer, finish a Gran Fondo, or take your cycling to the next level?  Are you brand new to the sport or coming back after some time away, an elite cyclist, a roadie, mountain biker, trackie or triathlete?  You’ve come to the right page. Learn the skills of indoor training:
  • Optimum pedaling technique – SPIN vs. pedaling an oval or a square
  • Optimum body positioning on your own bike
  • Build your endurance base
  • Add  speed-work to your week
  • Have fun!
No pre-registration or bicycle required.  Beginner, intermediate, or advanced, you can saddle up on a Keiser stationary bike for some intervals, hills, sprints and more.  Drop in fee.  Remember to bring your clip-less shoes or runners, towel, and a water bottle.
